The goal
What we found
20 people a month search "electrician Como". You don't rank for it, your own suburb.
What it costs: You built the page for exactly this search, and it's nowhere to be found. Someone in your own suburb looking for an electrician can't find you through Google.
The fix: Make the Como page your first priority. It's the one term you should own outright.
Your one Google ad might be sending people to the wrong page
What it costs: If the ad lands on the homepage instead of that page, every click pays to send someone to a page with no prices and no rating, past the page that would have closed the sale.
The fix: Open your Google Ads account and check the final URL on that ad. If it's the homepage, point it at your split system page instead. Two minutes.
38 five-star reviews, and your site shows a heading with nothing under it
What it costs: An empty section under a heading that promises reviews looks worse than no heading at all, it reads like the reviews were pulled rather than never added.
The fix: Pull the 5.0 and the 38 straight from Google onto the first screen of your homepage and your air con page.
A leftover old website is still live, competing with your own Como page
What it costs: You've effectively got two competing pages fighting for the same searches instead of one strong one, on a site that can't afford to split what little ranking power it has.
The fix: Get your developer to take the old Wix pages down properly, or redirect them to the matching new page.
The maths
One fix, done for you
Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.
I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.
If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.
If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.
Thanks,
Chris
